We hope your new Miz Mooz are perfect for you, but if they’re not a return is quick and easy! Miz Mooz will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 15 days of the original order date, in the complete original packaging, with refunds given in the manner of purchase. Miz Mooz will not accept returns of merchandise that has been worn or modified in any way. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Sure! As long as it meets the above criteria, an order can be returned (subject to a restocking fee of $5.00 per pair). All returns must be authorized by MizMooz.ca and be returned with a Return Authorization number provided by MizMooz.ca. Items sent back without proper authorization will be returned at the customer’s expense. Please note that Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
Sale Items may be returned, provided they meet the criteria outlined above. Refunds (exclusive of the $5-per-pair restocking fee) will be provided in the form of Store Credit.
Shoes marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund.
Retail locations carrying Miz Mooz will not accept returns of web orders. All purchases made through mizmooz.ca must also be returned through mizmooz.ca.
Refunds will be processed, less any applicable fees, in 1-2 weeks of the return arriving to Miz Mooz. Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Sale items will be credited in the form of a Miz Mooz Gift Card.
Miz Mooz does not offer exchanges. If you would like to replace your purchase with something else, simply place a new order for the desired items, and return your original purchase, provided it complies with the details above.
Authorizations will be granted on shoes acknowledged to be defective within 60 days from the date of delivery. If you feel you have received defective merchandise, please Get In Touch with a member of our Customer Service Team.
Our coverage policy on worn items includes our shoes and boots for 60 days from the time of purchase by a customer and requires an order # or proof of purchase for shoes that we have deemed damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Authorizations will not be granted for issues deemed by MizMooz.ca to be the result of normal wear and tear or abuse of the shoes.
Packages that are refused by the recipient or are undeliverable due to failure to receive on the recipient's part or incorrectly entered address information will be treated as a return when received by MizMooz.ca, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping fees.
If your package was returned to MizMooz.ca due to a failure to receive and you want it re-delivered, please Get In Touch with our Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for all associated shipping fees, including outbound shipping for the second attempt.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please do not write directly on the shoe box and include all materials found inside the box. Once your return is received, inspected and approved your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied for the amount of the merchandise back to your original method of payment, please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to be processed.
Please note: MizMooz.ca is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Our warehouse does not accept "Walk in" returns. Your return will be refused if you visit our warehouse to drop off a return.
