Delivery

With the help of Canada Post we aim to deliver orders within 4–7 business days from the time of order. Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may take up to 7–10 business days. 

Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. 

To guarantee the safe arrival of your Miz Mooz purchase, please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate (Please note we can only deliver to Canada Post P.O. Boxes). If the item(s) are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can receive the delivery. If no one is present to accept the delivery, your purchase will be taken to a local post office. A card with pick-up details will be left and your shipping confirmation email with tracking number will let you know the status.

We are happy to offer Free standard shipping Canada-wide on all orders over $150 (subtotal amount).

We get it — you want your shoes now! For those that need to receive their order more quickly, we are proud to offer Canada Post Xpresspost Shipping. To use this shipping method, please select 'Xpresspost Shipping' at Checkout. Please note: Free Shipping offers do not apply to Xpresspost Shipping orders and may be disabled during sale/promotions and holidays so as to avoid unmeetable delivery times. 

*Please allow a 24–48 hour processing time for all orders. Delivery time is calculated from time of shipment confirmation email.

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have any questions about your online order please email us at info@mizmooz.ca.

Return + Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but if you’re not, see below for return procedures.

All returns must be processed through our Returns + Exchange Portal. Simply enter your Order Number and Email associated with your order and complete the steps. Items sent back without proper authorization will be returned at the customer’s expense. Please note that Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. 

MizMooz.ca is happy to offer Free Return Shipping*! Visit our Returns + Exchange Portal for your Return Waybill for unworn merchandise within 15 days from the date of delivery by Canada Post. New, unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for; please allow up to 15 business days for your credit to be processed.

*Please note that a $5 restocking fee will be charged for each pair of returned shoes. Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee.

Sale items will be credited in the form of a Miz Mooz eGift Card. If a Sale item is being exchanged for a product of lesser value, the balance will be placed on an eGift Card. Please note: FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale items are not eligible for price matching.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original shipping carton and shoe box.  Merchandise must be returned to Miz Mooz Canada within 15 days of receipt of authorization.

Authorizations will be granted on shoes acknowledged as defective within 60 days from the date of delivery.  If you feel you have received defective merchandise, visit our Returns + Exchange Portal and follow the steps provided.

Our coverage policy on worn items extends to 60 days from the time of purchase by a customer and requires an order # or proof of purchase for products that we have deemed damaged due to a manufacturing defect. Authorizations will not be granted for issues deemed by MizMooz.ca to be the result of normal wear and tear or abuse of the shoes.

Packages that are refused by the recipient or are undeliverable due to failure to receive on the recipient's part or incorrectly entered address information will be treated as a return when received by MizMooz.ca, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping & restocking fees.

If your package was returned to MizMooz.ca due to a failure to receive, and you would like it re-delivered, please email us at info@mizmooz.ca to get in touch with our Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for all associated shipping fees, including outbound shipping for the second attempt.

Please note that MizMooz.ca is happy to price match any products that have gone on sale (on MizMooz.ca only) within 5 days of original purchase (date on receipt/order confirmation). Orders are only eligible for 1 price adjustment. Final Sale items are not eligible for price matching. 

To return eligible merchandise, please follow these simple steps: 

Visit our Returns + Exchange Portal for your Return Waybill. Please include Return Packing List (sent with your Return Waybill) with the merchandise in the original shipping carton.

Once approved, you will be asked to mail the product via Canada Post with a tracking number.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original shoe box. Please do not write directly on the shoe box and include all materials found inside the box. Affix waybill to the outside of the shipping carton. Once your return is received, inspected and approved your refund will be processed as per the above parameters.   

Products that are returned in worn condition and deemed unsellable or with damaged original packaging will not be refunded and will be returned at the customer's expense or donated to charity on their behalf.

Please note: MizMooz.ca is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Our warehouse does not accept "Walk in" returns. Your return will be refused if you visit our warehouse to drop off a return.
